    Hi,

Any 12:30 update? No phone service all day is a serious annoyance.

Hi Becci, I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Ridgeway is an independent company, not Vodafone. You can post messages on Vodafone’s Forum, they have a Network Issues section here

But you do get more information on the issue here … so thanks Ridgeway 🙂

Thanks CH, I wish we could tell you more but we have limited info ourselves!

I’ve been told that there has been a fire at one of their sites in Bristol, and the damage is quite bad. It could take some time for service to be restored (they said days .. let’s hope not).

Hi CH, The latest update suggests things might improve soon. Fingers Crossed!

Thanks .. you’re so much more use than vodafone themselves 🙂

“you’re so much more use than vodafone themselves”

How true. Flippin useless they are. “We have an engineering team on site and are working hard to address the issue. We’ll keep you updated on progress.” And not a sniff of an update since 10:30.

agreed, the lack of updates from vodafone is ridiculous. I even phoned up on the landline and they basically said exactly the same thing, that they had an engineering team on site and i’d just have to wait… no information about what was happening at all

I really starting to wish i’d been with another service… not because it’s gone down, but because of the serious lack of communication between us and them
